Please note that only residents of Ontario are eligible to donate to municipal elections. The contribution limit to any one candidate is $1,200 and a total of $5,000 to any number of candiates running for the same council. The limits apply whether it is one large contribution or the total of a number of small contributions or combination of money, goods and services.
